tecnolumen
tecnolumen was founded in 1980 by walter schnepel in bremen and started out
by producing just the wagenfeld table lamp, wq 24, created in 1924 in the
bauhaus school by professor wilhelm wagenfeld. shortly afterwards production
was extended to include many other bauhaus designs and tecnolumen established
itself as the leading manufacturer of bauhaus re-designs, for one because
of its products' excellent quality. in the meantime, tecnolumen also produces
many lights and accessories created by contemporary designers.
